I am a senior HR and Diversity leader with board level experience within high performing complex, multinational organisations in the public and private sector.
I have a successful track record of designing and implementing effective and focused HR and D&I strategy, solutions and change programmes aligned to corporate objectives in both the public and banking sectors.
Additionally, I am Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and the Student Engagement and Mentoring Lead for the local
CIPD branch. My qualifications include a PGDip in HR Management and an MA in Equality and Diversity.
