Gwyn has spent 30 years working in the media and related industries. A former BBC TV and ITN News presenter and journalist, she also presented the BBC Channel Island’s news for many years. She began her career in financial news with the BBC and specialises in communicating complicated topics in a clear and easy-to-understand way.
Gwyn has digital industry experience, as a former Head of the Digital Jersey Hub, as well as PR and digital marketing diplomas and is a graduate of the intensive DJ Coding course. She was also one of the first students to study for the Level 6 Digital Leadership programme.
She is a freelance writer, novelist and presenter/compere. Gwyn has presented many public events in the Island, including the Jersey Jubilee Celebration concert, several Liberation celebrations, and also works with private businesses as a moderator, compere and corporate video presenter.
Gwyn has also run her own businesses and has a Politics honours degree from Durham University.
