I am passionate about Inclusion, having set-up the first gender pay gap panel discussion in Jersey, working on a law firm’s Inclusion strategy and programme, setting up their various employee led networks (as well as designing their Inclusion logo) and I have recently been appointed as Chair of the Jersey Football Associations’ Inclusion Advisory Group. I have also been Chair of the Jersey Foster Panel.
Professionally, I started life as a mechanical engineer, I have subsequently led programme/ project/ change functions (as well as been a Business Analyst, Project and Programme Manager) and I also manage digital/ innovation/ management information/ business intelligence teams. I completed a law degree in two years whilst working full time and have worked as an assistant legal adviser in child law.
