Laura is Head of People and Operations at Marbral Advisory which specialises in digital, people and organisational change. Laura is part of the senior leadership team and is responsible for the people and resourcing activities of the business across all jurisdictions.
Laura held senior people and operations roles across different sectors in London for over a decade before returning to Jersey in 2020 and joining the Marbral Advisory team.
