She is a Founding Member of the Women on Board Turkey Association (YKKD/WOB Turkey). She is the General Secretary and Coordinator of the Association. Established in January 2017, the main purpose of YKKD is to support social development by increasing women’s representation on boards.
After working as a Commercial Marketing Category Management Department Manager at Turkcell and as a Marketing Specialist at Koçtaş for a total of 11 years, she continues to work as a civil society manager on gender equality and equal opportunities in business life.
