Tammi is a passionate and committed ambassador for equality, diversity and inclusion with an expertise in public speaking as well as a wealth of knowledge in workshop facilitation, innovating strategy and delivering cultural change.
With over 10 years experience in the financial sector, Tammi currently heads up the complaints and sales quality operation for HSBC Channel Islands and Isle of Man as well as holding the position of Diversity and Inclusion lead supporting 1,200 pan island employees.
Tammi is a valued member of the Institute of Directors (IoD) Diversity and Inclusion sub committee and has supported youth mentorship through collaboration with the Diana Award, Jersey Police and HSBC.
In terms of qualifications Tammi has a bachelors degree in sociology and is currently undertaking a level 6 qualification in diversity and inclusion leadership through the Chartered Management Institute.
